Phaedra de Saint-Rome
Phaedra de Saint-Rome is a Master of Public Policy candidate at McGill University’s Max Bell School of Public Policy and the President of the Public Policy Association of Graduate Students. She is also presently working on an 8-month research project as part of her MPP exploring the opportunities and challenges for trade between Canada and China.
Phaedra’s recent professional experience has included research at McGill's Centre for Media, Technology and Democracy, where she was involved, among other projects, with the Canadian Election Misinformation Project during the 2021 federal election spearheaded by the Centre’s Media Ecosystem Observatory.
Phaedra also previously worked with the United Nations’ Environment Programme (UNEP), staffed a Member of Parliament on Canada’s Parliament Hill, and founded and led her own digital media company.
